At Yorkville University Bookstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your student account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or campus mail center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
